日本国民に告ぐ。「中国、日本攻撃を準備中」

中国軍が沖縄への先制攻撃（pre-emptive strike）を企図していることは、心ある人には憂慮されていたことである。今月15日に行われた、The U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission でも指摘されている。

"Chinese strategists are well aware of U.S. military assistance to Taiwan and are developing strategies and capabilities to deter or delay the arrival of U.S. forces in the theater. Chinese doctrine in this area stresses the use of pre-emptive, decisive strikes
on forward bases and staging areas such as Guam and Okinawa, and employment of a variety of platforms to deny the operational use of the waters in the Chinese littoral."
